For a long time, I believed that working harder was the answer.
Pushing through stress, staying constantly “on,” and holding everything together felt like the only way to succeed.

But over time, that approach led to burnout, mental fatigue, and a constant sense of pressure — even when things were going well.

That’s when I started exploring a different way.

Through a combination of mindset work, nervous system regulation, and practical tools, I learned how to shift out of survival mode and into a more grounded, clear, and sustainable way of operating.
